To take advantage of the FORS rate you will require a valid and active FORS ID to book your training. You must enter your FORS ID as you add each learner and if successful the price will be automatically reduced to the FORS rate. The training record will be assigned this FORS ID.


The attendee must be a part of the FORS Operator organisation when they book and pay for their course.


The FORS operator discount is not transferable to a non-FORS operator.

Training records may be expunged where it is found that a non-FORS operator input an active FORS ID to obtain a discount.



Non-FORS Operators can book, by completing the check out process without inputting a FORS ID for the learner and paying the standard price.

  • Fleet managers requiring skills in collision management, analysis and investigation
  • The appointed Road Risk Champion as required at Silver requirement S5 
  • Transport office staff employed to support the appointed Road Risk Champion in tasks such as collision investigation and collision analysis

What objectives does the course cover?

Collision Management training is delivered in two separate two hour sessions, covering Road Risk Champion and Collision Investigator. The objectives of the four hour Collision Management course are:


Road Risk Champion


  • Develop company road traffic collision management policy and procedures
  • Implement company road traffic collision management policy and procedures
  • Record and analyse road traffic collision data and identify trends
  • Develop company level initiatives to manage the highest risks
  • Develop and provide reports to help monitor performance, inform senior management, satisfy insurance requirements and meet contractual obligations
  • Conduct collision trend analysis
  • How to instil best practice in obtaining management buy-in for road safety campaigns and how to reduce road risk within an organisation

Collision Investigator


  • Define the moral, legal and economic implications of collision management
  • Investigate road traffic collisions and incidents
  • Conduct causal analysis of road traffic collisions and incidents
  • Recommend remedial actions to prevent re-occurrence
