A driver’s ability to drive safely can be affected by health, impairment, fatigue or the environment in which they work. Effective monitoring of mental and physical health helps minimise road risk by ensuring drivers are fit to drive.

You will learn the legal requirements for managing driver fitness and impairment.  The course will highlight how to identify the signs and understand the causes to health issues and impairment and how to develop the effective procedures to address them.

This is a 3-hour online course counting as one mandatory module towards the FORS Practitioner qualifications.

All participants taking advantage of the FORS rate must be employed by the FORS Operator when the course is booked and paid for. The training record will be assigned the FORS ID entered.


The FORS discount is not transferable to a non-FORS operator. Improper use of a FORS ID to achieve an ineligible discount will result in training records and certificates being revoked.
